We are seeking an experienced Account Assistant to join our Account & Finance team at Wonderstore Sdn Bhd (Qpocket) at Bukit Bintang area. As an Account Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial records for the business.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and ledgers
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Reconcile bank accounts and other balance sheet accounts
  • Support the month-end and year-end close processes
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance team as needed
Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in Accounting or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
