Klozer Consultancy Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a committed and detail-oriented Accountant Assistant to join our team in Kelana Jaya, Selangor. This role plays a critical part in delivering accounting, payroll, and compliance services to our growing portfolio of clients. You will work in a professional services environment with opportunities for cross-border exposure and long-term career growth.

Fluency in Chinese (spoken and written) is essential, as the role involves liaising with Chinese-speaking clients.

What you’ll be doing
  • Prepare full set of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
  • Handle monthly payroll preparation and ensure accurate statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS)
  • Maintain and update accounting records for multiple clients across various industries
  • Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger account reviews
  • Communicate with clients on accounting, payroll, and tax matters
  • Handle Chinese-language documents and liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Support process improvement initiatives and administrative tasks where needed
What we’re looking for
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in an accounting firm (experience in commercial sector is not applicable)
  • Proficient in accounting software (Xero and Infotech) and Microsoft Excel
  • Hands‑on experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance
  • Detail‑oriented, strong in numbers, and able to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and client‑handling skills
  • Fluency in Chinese (reading, writing, and speaking) is required
  • Able to work independently and in a team‑oriented environment
