Job summary

A security and consultancy firm based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced candidate for payroll management and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the Auto Count Accounting system, handles payroll efficiently, and possesses great organizational skills. Fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, along with experience in related fields, is preferred. Immediate availability is a plus. Candidates will engage in various HR activities and maintain essential office functions.

Qualifications

  • Experience using Auto Count Accounting System is an advantage.
  • Knowledge in MBB, CIMB BIZ CHANNEL, and HONG LEONG online systems is an advantage.
  • Experience in reconciliation and month-end closing accounts.
  • Knowledge in both payable and receivable accounts.
  • ISO 9001:2015 knowledge will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure daily administrative tasks, including documentation and filing.
  • Handle payroll and staff advances using systems and manually.
  • Prepare formal letters and vet staff.
  • Process incoming mails and handle government calls.
  • Maintain computer systems and HR calendars.

Job description
Candidate Qualifications
  • Candidate who has experience using "Auto Count Accounting" System will be advantage.
  • Having knowledge in (MBB,CIMB BIZ CHANNEL and HONG LEONG online systems) is an advantage.
  • Candidate must have experience in doing reconciliation, month end closing accounts and also produce monthly management accounts.
  • Must have knowledge in both payable and receivable accounts.
HR Department
  • Ensure in daily administrative task which includes documentation, filing, correspondences, coordinating and follow up on pending matters.
  • Candidate must able to handle payroll and staff advance by using system and manually.
  • Able to do any other task required by management.
  • Must have knowledge in preparing formal letters.
  • Candidate must have knowledge in doing vetting for staffs.
  • Candidate must able to handle government phone calls and processing incoming mails.
  • Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data.
  • Maintaining calendars of HR Management team.
  • Candidate able to perform data entries in PAYROLL SECURISOFT SYSTEM.
Requirements
  • ISO 9001:2015 knowledge will be an advantage for this application.
  • Requires skills (s): payroll administration, payroll software, MS Office basic accounts & Auto count Accounting system.
  • Requires language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Sentul (Kuala Lumpur).
  • Experience working at "Security Company" will be more advantage.
  • Preferably to start work immediately.
