A leading logistics company in Subang Jaya is seeking an Accounting Clerk to handle daily payment verification, monthly bank reconciliation, and invoice issuance. The ideal candidate should have a minimum diploma in accounting or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as hands-on training will be provided. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
Verify payment received from customers daily at Bank Statement
Update Bank Reconciliation at Accounting system monthly
Prepare and key in General Journal as adjustment
Issue invoices to customers and external partners
Issue debit note and credit note
Liaise with Stations and Other Departments pertaining to accounting matters
Process Customer refund upon request
