  • Reconcile daily sales reports, cash & bank transactions.
  • Assist with monthly closing & financial reports.
  • Track staff claims & petty cash reimbursement.
  • Handle documentation, filing & record management.
  • Assist with licensing, compliance paperwork & renewals.
  • Maintain HR admin records — attendance, leave & staff onboarding docs.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers & service providers.
  • Support management with reports and operational paperwork.
  • Assist in office coordination & general admin support.
