A healthcare retail company in Selangor seeks an experienced Accounting Clerk to manage data entry, documentation, and reconciliation of sales reports. The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 2-3 years in accounting, preferably in retail, and excels in multitasking within tight deadlines. Benefits include training, staff events, and medical claims.
Perform accounting works such as data entry, document processing and record keeping etc.
To ensure sales report / purchase invoices attached with all supporting documents according to Company's policy and procedure.
To liaise and communicate with suppliers, outlets staff and other departments to resolve any issues / discrepancies by e-mail, Skype, phone or in-person.
Need to tally & reconcile the daily sales report from outlets.
Other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
Ensure the confidentiality of all Company matters.
