About the role

Working Hours Monday - Friday (8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
• Record and update financial transactions (invoices, receipts, vouchers)
• Manage Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
• Prepare payment vouchers and processing (cheque / online transfer)
• Organize and file financial documents properly
• Assist in audit preparation and supporting documents
• Ensure accurate and updated financial records
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
• Basic knowledge in MS Excel / accounting software
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in an accounting or finance assistant role
• Knowledge of accounting software (SQL) and Microsoft Excel
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
• Proficient in the use of accounting software, spreadsheets, and other relevant business applications
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
