A company in Malaysia is looking for an Accounts Assistant to support day-to-day accounting functions. Responsibilities include preparing full set accounts and processing payments per company policies. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of SPM or a Diploma in Finance/Accounting and have at least 1 year of experience in accounting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bilingual skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are required, with Mandarin as an added advantage.
Assist in the preparation of full set accounts.
Support day-to-day accounting functions and operations.
Ensure all payments are processed according to company policies and procedures.
Issue invoices and prepare letters to relevant parties or clients.
Maintain and reconcile bank statements and other accounting schedules.
Provide support to the Accounts Team for any ad-hoc tasks as required.
Minimum SPM or Diploma in Finance / Accounting or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in accounting.
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to speak English / Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
