Responsibilities

• Raise accounting journals and prepare schedule for month end account closing.
• Capture suppliers' invoice and petty cash transaction.
• Prepare and send statement of account to debtor after monthly billing finalized.
• Responsible for monthly reconciliation of supplier' statements of accounts.
• Prepare bank reconciliation to ensure all transactions are accounted for.
• Assist in monthly payment process.

• Prepare Bank reconciliation to ensure all transaction have been properly taken up and to detect error.
• Assist in monthly payment process.
• Able to meet deadlines and complete tasks on time.
• Other ad-hoc assignment assigned by management.
