Responsibilities
  • Processing invoices and payments.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Prepare and send out customer invoices and statements.
Data Entry and Record Keeping
  • Accurately enter financial data into accounting software.
  • Maintain and update accounting records and files.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial transactions.
Bank Reconciliations
  • Perform bank reconciliations.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies.
Financial Reporting
  • Preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
  • Support the finance team during audits and internal reviews.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Support to Finance Team
  • Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis.
Support for Office Administration
  • Assist with general office administration tasks such as managing office supplies and groceries.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; knowledge with accounting software SQL is a plus.
