Account and Admin Executive (5days work/JB Austin)

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account & Admin Executive to join our team.

You will handle daily accounting tasks and provide administrative support to ensure smooth company operations.

5 days work per week

Requirements:

Accounting Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Accounting or related field.

Relevant experience in accounting.

Detail-oriented, organized and able to work independently.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

Handle daily accounting operations such as data entry, invoicing and payment processing.

Prepare basic financial reports and assist in month-end closing.

Manage filing, documentation and administrative tasks.

Liaise with internal departments.

Assist with HR-related administrative work (e.g. attendance, leave record).

Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
