Summary: Oversee accounting and administrative operations, including payroll, financial reporting, budgeting, and accounts management, while managing recruitment, HR processes, internal policies, and workflow improvements.

Job Responsibilities

• Liaise with lawyers and accountants for legal and accounting matters.
• Review and approve work performed by assistant managers.
• Plan and manage recruitment processes, including interviews and onboarding.
• Manage payroll processing, social security, and related compliance matters.
• Coordinate employee attendance, leave management, and other HR-related activities.
• Support annual budgeting, expense management, and financial reporting.
• Assist in preparing monthly and yearly financial statements and financial analysis.
