Job summary

A local food company in Kuala Lumpur seeks an Account Admin for Inventory & System Support. Responsibilities include managing stock transfer documents, maintaining inventory records, and coordinating with teams for stock management. Responsibilities

  • Handle daily stock transfer documents in the system.
  • Ensure all stock in/out entries are accurately recorded.
  • Update and maintain inventory records in the system.
  • Verify system data against supporting documents.
  • Assist in basic inventory reporting and month-end checking.

Skills

Good in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Attention to detail
Basic understanding of numbers and documentation
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Ability to communicate in Mandarin

Education

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

Responsibilities
  • Handle daily stock transfer documents in the system
  • Ensure all stock in / stock out entries are accurately recorded
  • Check quantities, pricing, and amounts for correctness
  • Update and maintain inventory records in the system
  • Verify system data against supporting documents (DO, transfer notes, invoices)
  • Follow up on missing or incorrect stock entries
  • Assist in basic inventory reporting and month-end checking
  • Maintain proper filing of inventory and system-related documents
  • Coordinate with warehouse, retail, and accounts team for stock matters
