We are seeking an experienced Account Admin to join our team at MSN GLOBAL FOOD SDN BHD in Skudai Johor. This full‑time role will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and accounting support to ensure the efficient operation of our finance department.

What you’ll be doing
  • Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger entries
  • Preparing and processing invoices, delivery orders and other financial documents, being knowledgeable on SST, e‑invoice and providing information support to the sales team
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
  • Providing support to the finance team with various administrative tasks
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting policies, procedures and regulations
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve any financial or accounting‑related issues
  • Continuously seeking ways to improve processes and enhance the efficiency of the finance department
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar accounting administrative role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices and procedures
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
