FWS Deions Industries Sdn. Bhd. is a growing Malaysian manufacturer specialising in deionized water and car care products, serving B2B customers such as workshops, OEM partners, and petrol stations.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Admin to support our sales operations and ensure smooth order processing and customer experience.
Process and manage sales orders accurately from order confirmation to delivery
Coordinate with production on job specifications, timelines, and delivery schedules
Confirm order details with customers (pricing, delivery, payment terms, customization)
Act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams
Provide updates on order status, delivery timelines, and payment matters
Handle after-sales follow-ups and coordinate issue resolution when needed
Prepare and issue quotations for standard and OEM products
Support invoice preparation and ensure billing accuracy
Maintain organized records of orders, invoices, and payment status
Track follow-ups and ensure timely documentation
Support sales and marketing with basic admin tasks when required
Minimum 2 years experience in sales admin / customer service / sales support (B2B preferred)
Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken & written)
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic reporting
Strong attention to detail, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
Customer-oriented with good communication skills
Experience in automotive, industrial, or OEM-related products
Familiarity with order management systems or e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee)
Ability to suggest improvements to streamline order processing
Salary range: RM2,500 – RM3,000 (commensurate with experience)
EPF & SOCSO contributions
