Job Description
Oversee daily operations to ensure customer delivery, quality, and profitability targets are met.
  • Drive NPI projects from concept to production readiness, coordinating with design, quality, manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain teams.
  • Analyze and interpret technical drawings, BOMs, and customer specifications for manufacturability.
  • Create and manage project schedules, monitor progress, and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate prototyping, testing, validation, tooling, fixtures, and machine setup activities.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers and internal teams regarding change requests and feedback.
  • Support cost estimation, quotations, and additional tasks as assigned.
  • Requirements
