Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, write, and validate CNC programs for sheet metal fabrication.
• Oversee the setup and operation of sheet metal fabrication processes, including press brakes and laser cutting machines.
• Collaborate with production teams to improve production efficiency and resolve technical issues related to metal fabrication.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on reducing cycle time, improving quality, and optimizing cost.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
