Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans for the Asia region, aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams, providing direction, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, understanding their needs and formulating solutions to meet them.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
