Job Description

This position focuses on the architecture design, integration, and delivery of an Entitlement Server (ES) platform for telecom operators. The role requires solid telecom domain knowledge, strong cloud-native architecture capabilities, and the ability to engage with international customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. ES Architecture & Planning

Design software, network, and service architectures for the ES platform.

Conduct capacity evaluation and deployment planning based on operator user scale.

Design cloud-native deployment solutions on Kubernetes, OpenStack, or VMware.

2. System Integration & Interface Design

Define integration interfaces between ES and AAA, HSS, BSS, OSS, NMS systems.

Produce call flows, interface specifications, and integration process documents.

Troubleshoot interoperability and performance issues in cross-system integration.

3. Disaster Recovery & High Availability

Design Geo-redundancy and failover architectures.

Utilize load balancing, DNS, health checks, and F5 technologies to ensure reliability.

Ensure platform stability and service continuity.

4. Technical Documentation & Proposal Delivery

Develop technical documentation covering architecture, functionality, security, and compliance.

Produce technical proposals and professional presentation materials.

Design migration and cutover strategies supporting deployment and delivery.

5. Customer Engagement & Technical Presentation

Support pre-sales by presenting ES solutions to telecom operators.

Deliver technical briefings and solution walkthroughs in fluent English.

Participate in RFP responses, technical clarifications, and customer workshops.

6. Product Evolution & Roadmap

Contribute to ES product roadmap development.

Analyze industry trends to propose architectural enhancements and feature evolution.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or above in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related major.

8+ years of telecom system or cloud architecture experience.

Experience with ES or related platforms (eSIM, device management, policy control).

Deep understanding of interface integration with AAA, HSS, BSS, OSS, NMS.

Proficiency in cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).

Knowledge of load balancing, DNS, API gateway, F5.

Strong customer-facing and cross-team collaboration abilities.
