• Install, configure, and commission 3D printers at customer sites or in-house.
• Conduct printer calibration, testing, and quality checks to ensure optimal print performance.
• Provide technical support, on-site servicing, and after-sales support to customers.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in technical servicing, machinery maintenance, printer or 3D printer repair.
• Hands‑on experience with 3D printers (added advantage).
• Basic knowledge of mechanical components, electronics and software troubleshooting.
• Able to read technical manuals and service instructions.
• Good problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willing to travel for on‑site support and outstation jobs when required.
• Possess a valid driving license.
• Good communication skills in English or Bahasa Malaysia.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission 3D printers at customer sites or in‑house.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of 3D printers.
• Diagnose hardware, mechanical, electrical, and software‑related issues and provide effective solutions.
• Conduct printer calibration, testing, and quality checks to ensure optimal print performance.
• Provide technical support, on‑site servicing, and after‑sales support to customers.
• Train customers on printer operation, basic maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
• Assist the sales team with technical demonstrations, product demos, and pre‑sales support when required.
• Manage spare parts, tools, and service inventory.
• Follow company SOPs and safety standards at all times.
