Summary

Managing end-to-end responsible minerals sourcing programs. Orchestrating global supplier engagement, performing rigorous data validation, and implementing proactive risk mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with responsible minerals sourcing regulations. Adept at conducting regular market research on latest new or changes of regulations and impact analysis, providing expert consultancy on customer contracts, and serving as a central focal point for policy inquiries. Committed to operational excellence through continuous process improvement initiatives and the dedicated mentoring of high-performing teams.

Detailed Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage annual supplier RCOI and due diligence activities for responsible minerals in accordance with Conflict Minerals Law (Section 1502 of the Dodd Frank Wall Street Reform Act and EU Conflict Minerals Regulations).
  • Coordinate the end-to‑end process of collecting and validating supplier compliance data.
  • Develop and drive risk mitigation actions based on comprehensive supplier assessments.
  • Serve as the focal point for all inquiries regarding Celestica’s policy baseline services and compliance declaration documentation.
  • Conduct ongoing market research and impact analysis on emerging regulations to ensure future‑proof compliance.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to provide consultancy on customer contract requirements.
  • Optimize operation to ensure a controlled and compliance processes.
  • Provide ongoing mentorship and technical training to the team.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge on Conflict Minerals Law.
  • Data management and processing skills.
  • Skills in utilization of MS Office application.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Proficiency in Japanese (minimum N2) or Korean (minimum grade 4) language is an added advantage.
Physical Demands

The job works in a normal office environment with no undue exposure to noise, odors, dust etc.
Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.
Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.

Typical Experience

Seven to Ten years relevant experience.
