This is a full-time, fully remote position, requiring work in a US-friendly timezone.
You will initially be hired as an independent contractor.
If you have the legal documentation to work in Colombia, you intend to transition to employee status in the future.
Contractors residing in other LATAM countries will remain contractors.
This role is part of the Traffic Team in the Production Department, reporting to the Head of Traffic.

As a Senior Media Buyer, you’ll play a crucial role in Tier 11’s growth and reputation as a leader in data‑driven digital marketing. Your skill in creating and executing omnichannel traffic strategies with a strong emphasis on Google Ads performance is key to delivering exceptional client results. With an innovative approach to multi‑platform campaign planning and optimization, you’ll help maximize ROI and position Tier 11 as an industry leader.
Plan and execute omnichannel campaigns for e‑commerce and lead generation clients on platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube, Demand Gen, Performance Max), Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, and programmatic channels.
Analyze performance data to identify areas for optimization and present recommendations that exceed target KPIs.
Collaborate with clients to align objectives, track goals, and identify new opportunities to add value.
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high‑impact marketing strategies.
