Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of lead generation and client prospecting experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Eagerness to learn and adapt
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection
- Knowledge in market research, database management, and data analysis
- Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, Sales, or CRM management (preferred)
Proficiency in Skills
- CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Lead generation and sales automation tools
- Sales analytics and reporting
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools
- Email marketing platforms
- Data analysis and reporting capabilities
What to Expect...
Schedule:
- Majority of our clients are within US business hours from Monday to Friday, but some may have unusual hours. Opportunities may be full-time or part-time.
Compensation:
- Rate starts at $5 per hour
- Payment via Deel
Equipment:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor or higher
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with noise-canceling microphone and webcam
- Backup computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
