Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to technical leader for optimizing our systems, eliminating inefficiencies, and layering in automation and AI where it counts most.
• Implement & Manage Software: Ensure Data Accuracy, audit systems and integrations for clean, accurate, and reportable data.
• Deliver regular updates, data dashboards, and key insights to the leadership team.
• Solid understanding of coding standards, software implementation, and process documentation.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with tools like Zapier, Make, Airtable, HubSpot, Slack, or similar.
• Experience with sustainability, logistics, or B2B services.
• Familiarity with tools like Airtable, Make.com, HubSpot, Retool, OpenAI API, and GPT integrations.
• Must be available full-time, working in the Eastern Time Zone, and comfortable using screenshot/time tracking software (like TimeDoctor or Hubstaff).
