The Vice President of Sales is a senior internal leadership role responsible for owning and scaling Pearl Talent's entire sales and business development function. This role exists to drive net-new client acquisition, improve funnel conversion, and build a repeatable, high-performing sales engine for Pearl itself. You will lead and coach Pearl's SDRs and AEs, remain hands‑on in closing deals, and continuously optimize sales strategy through data and experimentation. The work is execution‑heavy, cross‑functional, and highly accountable. This role is ideal for a sales leader who thrives in fast‑paced environments and wants direct ownership of revenue growth.
