Job summary
An international technology services company is looking for a Microsoft Teams Customer Engineer to enhance the efficiency of Microsoft Teams for clients. This role involves working directly with customers, offering expert guidance, troubleshooting issues, and customizing applications. Candidates should have over 10 years of experience with collaboration platforms and strong communication skills. This position is remote and full-time in Mexico.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on Microsoft Teams.
