We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .Net Full Stack Engineer to join a remote, LATAM-based squad delivering complex, high-performance enterprise solutions. You will play a key role in maintaining, modernizing, and optimizing an existing hybrid codebase using C#, .NET, and C++, while ensuring seamless integration with frontend components built in React. The position offers the opportunity to design event-driven architectures, implement advanced backend solutions, and contribute to the system’s overall reliability and scalability. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams in an Agile environment, shaping the technical evolution of mission-critical software. Remote work provides flexibility while maintaining alignment with US EST/CST time zones, fostering a productive and collaborative international team environment.

• Maintain, refactor, and extend backend systems using C# (.NET) and C++ with advanced Design Patterns.
• Design and implement event-driven and event-sourced architectures to ensure data consistency and system decoupling.
• Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate backend services with React-based components.
• Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, ensuring strict version control standards.
• Implement monitoring, auditing, and health-check mechanisms to maintain high system reliability and availability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospective sessions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose scalable solutions.

• 7–8+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of delivering complex solutions.
• Strong backend expertise in C# (.NET) and solid working knowledge of C++.
• Experience with Event-Driven Architecture, Event Sourcing, and standard Design Patterns.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies, especially React, for full-stack integration.
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Git for version control.
• Fluent in English for technical communication and collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
