Hourly Pay:

Solar Appointment Setters:

• Less than 5 Successful Demos: $6/hr
• 5 to 7 Successful Demos: $7/hr
• 8 to 9 Successful Demos: $8/hr
• 10 to 12 Successful Demos: $10/hr
• 13+ Successful Demos: $12/hr
  

Roofing Appointment Setters:

• Less than 9 Successful Demos: $6/hr
• 10 to 14 Successful Demos: $7/hr
• 15 to 19 Successful Demos: $8/hr
• 20 to 25 Successful Demos: $10/hr
• 26+ Successful Demos: $12/hr

What You’ll Do:

• Set Appointments: Book quality appointments for solar and roofing clients, directly contributing to company success.
• Collaborate with the Team: Work hand-in-hand with a high-energy team to ensure seamless client experiences and conversions.
• Growth Opportunities: We believe in promoting from within. Enjoy tons of room for growth and opportunity.
• Build Relationships: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring a smooth path to conversion.

Who Should NOT Apply:

• Your headset isn’t top-quality.
• Your internet connection is unstable or too slow for a call center environment.
• You don’t have a quiet, focused workspace.
• You struggle with sales software or CRM tools.
• You are not fluent in English.

• Reliable: You have great hardware, stable internet, and never miss a beat when it comes to your work.
• Willingness to Work: Available from 12 PM to 8 PM EST, with occasional overtime when needed.
