The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in finance or tax compliance across LATAM, fluent in English, and possess strong knowledge of VAT. Formación

• 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax compliance across multiple LATAM countries.
• Independent and proactive attitude with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented and reliable in a remote-first environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own the local accounting and tax compliance in 3–5 LATAM countries.
• Coordinate with local accountants and tax advisors.
• Prepare audit-ready financial packages.
