• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field (or final-year student with full-time availability).
• Strong written and spoken English; must communicate with U.S. clients and read technical documentation.
• Solid understanding of structural principles, load calculations, and material properties.
• Familiarity with aluminum glazing systems, steel framing, or façade engineering is a plus.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Junior Engineer to join our growing team and work directly under our Senior Engineer, supporting ongoing projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, review, and revision of engineering calculations for glazing systems, curtain walls, storefronts, and related assemblies.
• Interpret architectural and structural drawings to extract relevant engineering data.
• Coordinate with the drafting team to ensure engineering requirements are accurately reflected in shop drawings.
• Communicate with the Senior Engineer to clarify technical requirements and resolve design questions.
• Support submittal packages with technical documentation, calculation sheets, and compliance notes.
• Maintain organized records of engineering data, revisions, and approvals.Research manufacturer specifications and building codes as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field (or final‑year student with availability to work full‑time).
• Strong written and spoken English; must be able to communicate with U.S. clients and read technical documentation.
• Solid understanding of structural principles, load calculations, and material properties.
• Familiarity with aluminum glazing systems, steel framing, or façade engineering is a plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to project‑specific workflows.

Nice to Have

• Experience with U.S. building codes (IBC, ASTM standards).
• Knowledge of calculation software such as STAAD, SAP, or similar.
• Previous work in a glazing, façade, or metal structures company.
