- At least 18 years of age.
- Solid communication skills via phone, email, and messaging.
- Ability to work on a graveyard shift.
- Familiar with desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
Responsibilities
- Store and organize documents and files.
- Data Entry: prepare lead lists, transcribe recordings, prepare payroll information.
- Research products and purchase goods.
- Store, update, and collect information through a CRM system.
- Prepare itineraries, book hotels and rental cars.
