Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to lead technical discussions, write clear documentation, and present to global stakeholders and executive leadership.

• Strong technical background with hands-on experience working with engineering teams on complex systems (APIs, microservices, cloud-based architectures, data platforms, or integrations).
• Deep understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and experience working in scaled agile or fast-paced environments.
• Strong experience collaborating with Engineering, Architecture, DevOps, Security, and Data teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data, metrics, and KPIs to inform product decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including alignment with senior leadership, partners, and external vendors.
• Own end-to-end product development: from ideation, technical scoping, and prioritization to delivery, iteration, and continuous improvement of the product.
• Monitor product performance through data-driven metrics and KPIs, making iterative improvements based on user feedback, system performance, and market trends.
• Ensure technical and product excellence, maintaining a high standard of quality, security, and scalability across all products and features.
