Formación

• 3-5 years experience in managing payroll processing and validation.
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry or other regulated industry is preferred.
• Advanced command of the English language.

Responsabilidades

• Administers and documents all HR processes and employee records.
• Oversees payroll processing with compliance to local regulations.
• Implements HR policies and procedures in line with global standards.
• Supports regular HR processes including Performance Management and Talent Review.
• Guides managers and employees in HR matters and conflict resolution.
• Contributes to global HR projects.
• Leads recruitment of staff and management positions.
