About this Position In the role ofLogistics Execution Senior Manager, you will lead the strategic and operational execution of logistics processes across Mexico, Canada, and the United States. This position demands a results-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving process excellence. You will play a key role in ensuring operational continuity, identifying improvement opportunities, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous development within the logistics function.

What you´ll do

• Drive standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement of logistics execution processes.
• Ensure seamless, error-free execution of operational processes to support business continuity and minimize disruptions.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in cost efficiency, service quality, and process sustainability.
• Oversee the documentation, implementation, and compliance of standard operating procedures and process guidelines.
• Champion a culture of operational excellence, process ownership, and accountability within the team
• Support capability development and training initiatives to elevate process execution maturity within the logistics function.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English is a requirement
• Proven track record in leading teams, driving standardization, and delivering measurable improvements in logistics performance.
• Strong understanding of logistics systems (e.g., SAP, TMS, WMS) and data analytics tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in a matrixed, global organization is a plus.
