• Participate in and be responsible for activities related to the Annual Physical Inventory.
• Comply with activities outlined in the IMS.
• Follow IMS (Integrated Management System) procedures, policies, and objectives.
• Adhere to quality procedures and policies.
• Meet the requirements and specifications of clients and interested parties.

• Train operational personnel (general onboarding, production line, systems like Smart Apps, and general topics).
• Share SPL's various topics.
• Follow up on DVC staff connectivity.
• Support Learning Corner activities; manage training log files in One Drive and MLL.
• Update and track trainings in E versatility / LDS.
• Review and address barriers and actions for production line training teams, LDS, DISS, and others.
• Follow up on 5'S initiatives in Learning Corner, training areas, and SIM production desks.
• Coordinate onboarding induction materials, registration lists, and evaluations.
• Update MLL USERS (Tickets, passwords, etc.) and ensure compliance with mandatory courses and plant requirements.
• Manage LDS system upgrades (HC Auditor, E versatility Auditor).

This job might be for you if:

• Bachelor's Degree + 3 years experience in manufacturing/production.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with LDS / DISS platforms for KPIs.
• Audit experience preferred (e.g., Schneider Performance System).
• Knowledge or experience in training.
• Ability to work with work instructions.
• Wiring and electrical knowledge.
• Versatility matrix.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Leadership skills.
