Team Overview

From day one, you'll be part of a collaborative, global culture where your work directly influences the company’s strategy and growth. As a member of the Entrega Operations Team, you’ll have a great opportunity to design and implement growth initiatives across all Spanish-speaking LatAm (SSL) and continuously enhance customer experience.

Role Responsibilities
  • Lead user acquisition and engagement strategies across SSL (Spanish Speaking LatAm)
  • Conduct data-driven analyses to identify opportunities for improving operational performance
  • Define pricing strategy aligned to our objectives by region
  • Lead the design and execution of strategic projects focused on identifying new growth levers
  • Ensure the proper maintenance and updating of essential tools, including dashboards, to support the decision-making process
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Role Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, consulting, investment banking, or operations management, with a strong focus on customer growth and retention
  • Expertise in data analysis, including strong Excel skills and knowledge of SQL
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects, balancing execution speed with analytical rigor
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills for both technical and business audiences
  • Strong ownership mentality, proactive mindset, and problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments
  • Adaptability, empathy, teamwork, and a proactive approach to driving results
