We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to join TZLA's team. This role is essential for ensuring successful project delivery, team coordination, and maintaining high operational standards across our workshops in Mexico.

As a Project Manager, you'll work in a hybrid environment, coordinating with teams both remotely and on-site at our workshops across Mexico. You'll need a professional home office setup and the ability to travel occasionally for in-person team meetings and workshop visits.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading multiple projects from inception to completion
• Managing project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
• Coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring clear communication
• Implementing and maintaining project management methodologies

We emphasize smart work over overwork, looking for someone who can deliver results while maintaining efficient processes.

As Project Manager, you should be someone who excels at organizing, planning, and bringing structure to complex projects!

You'll need to be proficient in project management tools and methodologies, particularly Kanban and Lean Manufacturing principles. Strong leadership abilities combined with technical understanding are essential for success in this role.

The position requires someone who can balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and fostering team collaboration.

What we are looking for?

Our ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish and English), with 5+ years of project management experience. Technical background is highly valued, and we specifically welcome unvaccinated applicants.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven track record in managing complex projects
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage budgets

• PMP certification or equivalent
• Experience in manufacturing or technical environments
