The Power BI Analyst partners closely with Revenue Operations Analysts to design and automate delivery of world class reporting to key internal business partners (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Care and Operations) across our Prevention & Recovery segment.
Essential functions:
- Builds, automates, maintains, and reports metrics and dashboards for various levels of leadership and teams across Sales, Marketing, and other functions.
- Compiles data from a variety of applications, systems, and sources to summarize for analysis.
- Supports collection and maintenance of KPIs.
- Works collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and data stewards to ensure Enterprise Data is accurate, complete, and reliable.
- Interfaces with business users to define analytical, metric and reporting requirements.
- Focuses on automation and repeatability to improve team productivity and empower frontline users to understand their customers and business better.
- Design and maintain report delivery methods and cadence for multiple audiences.
- Manage report access and security for multiple audiences.
- Manages, analyzes, and resolves data-related issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically related to data modeling, data visualization, or related field equivalent required.
- Experience working cross-functionally among teams and business groups required.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (including Pivot Tables), MS PowerPoint, ERP systems, CRM systems and database connections required.
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI, and Tabular Models (including using DAX for Calculated Measures, Columns, and Tables).
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Finance, or related field required.
- Master’s Degree in a similar field preferred.
- Bilingual, English proficiency.
