Principal Objective Of Position

The purpose of the Sales Executive position is to present and involve our guests in the opportunity to become owners of the finest vacation experiences.

Major Duties And Responsibilities
  • Prepare each day to meet guests as a professional sales representative through proper dress and grooming.
  • Adhere to standard work hours, 7am – 4pm.
  • Greet each guest warmly and friendly, as specified during the initial meeting.
  • Use approved presentation and support materials effectively and exclusively.
  • Achieve individual performance guidelines within set time frames and contribute to overall site VPG and closing percentage at budget levels, as set by management.
  • Provide customer service to guests as specified in training and management directions.
  • Maintain high levels of product knowledge by attending all required training sessions.
  • Follow all established policies, procedures, and licensure/certification requirements.
  • Discuss terms, incentives, points, and product pricing with customers.
  • Gain commitment from guests to purchase effectively.
  • Complete demo and assessment rides regularly with team leaders and sales managers for coaching and motivation, modeling effective sales and customer service practices.
  • Participate in staff meetings and other training sessions as required.
Qualifications/Competencies

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, flexible work schedule availability, and vacation ownership sales experience are required. Exceptional customer service orientation, positive attitude, excellent communication skills, multitasking, follow-up ability, business partnership building, attention to detail, adaptability, and openness to diversity are essential. Strong sales and persuasiveness skills, work ethic, team collaboration, and leadership qualities are also important.
