A dynamic marketing service company is seeking an Appointment Setter to manage inbound leads and proactively schedule sales appointments. This remote role requires excellent communication skills and marketing experience is preferred. The position offers flexible hours and unlimited PTO. The pay range for this position starts at $1,250 USD per month, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance and booking achievements.

Spotlight Marketing + Branding provides marketing services such as social media, blogs, ads, etc., to law firms and other professionals. The majority of our leads are inbound, so you’ll spend most of your day following up with prospects, qualifying them, and setting appointments for our sales team. Think of yourself as the first impression: they talk to you before they talk to a closer.

We’re looking for someone who likes sales…who enjoys getting to know prospects, providing helpful resources, and guiding them towards a great solution.

We are a small team (about 25 people), and if you are the right person for this role, I hope you can be part of our team and grow with us.

Job Description / Overview

The appointment setter is responsible for proactively setting sales appointments for our Marketing Strategists. This is done by following up with inbound leads & reaching out to our database of leads by calling, emailing, texting & social messaging.

Leads will be managed in our CRM (Zoho for now, but we’re likely moving to High Level in 2026). Scheduled appointments will be set using a Calendly link we will provide you.

TARGETS & BENCHMARKS

Calls:

  • 30/day
  • 150/week
  • 600/month

Email/SMS Outreach:

  • 60/day
  • 300/week
  • 1200/month

Appointments Booked:

  • 5/week
  • 20/month
Examples of the skills/duties we are looking for:
  • Calls/emails/texts to warm prospects
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • CRM data entry and updates
  • Creativity in reaching out to prospects

Do you need to be amazing at everything above? Not necessarily, but the more the better!

Additional Requirements:
  • English (excellent written and speaking skills are a must)
  • Attention to Detail (we love being creative, but sometimes the job calls for execution-type work that has to get done to specific instructions)
  • Marketing experience or a marketing degree
Hours and How to Apply

This is a remote position, so you will need a reliable computer and internet connection. Typical hours are M-F, 8-5 EST. However, we offer some flexibility with start and end times, and Fridays end at noon!

We also offer unlimited PTO, in addition to 10 US holidays.
