- Sales Management: Draft and negotiate commercial offers, services and partnerships with clients and suppliers
- Representing IVU: Manage, prepare and deliver presentations for clients and at promotional events and client sites
- Post-sale Activities: Ensure continuous customer care to identify new needs, issues, or areas for improvement
- Project Management: Monitor projects, ensure timely identification of potential client issues and conduct market analyses, including risk assessments and mitigation
- Organisational Tasks: Evaluate cost estimates and draft technical and financial proposals for public tenders, reviewing and coordinating contributions from other teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, Transport or a related field
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
- Excellent drafting and communication abilities (public speaking ability included)
- Very good knowledge of Italian, advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken), knowledge of Spanish or German considered a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Willingness to go on short business trips in Italy and abroad
