• Strengthen the company’s presence in Southern Italy by maintaining and expanding key accounts.


• Maximize the potential of the existing customer base and build long-term partnerships.


• Increase customer satisfaction, identify new opportunities for collaboration, and contribute to regional growth.

• Strong B2B sales background with experience in key account management and customer retention.


• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills; self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven.


• Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data and market trends.


• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office; fluency in English and Italian.


• Extensive travel across Southern Italy; valid driving license.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing desirable.


• Experience in the foam or industrial products sector; familiarity with Italian market dynamics, supply chain processes, and sales forecasting advantageous.
