A Japanese trading house is recruiting a Sales Manager to work in their Textile Division in Europe (possible locations: Milan or Paris).
- Manage and expand textile sales in Europe, across both fashion and home interior fields.
- Drive business expansion by handling direct sales activities and managing sales staff and agents in various European countries.
- Ensure planning and execution are carried out under the direction of the supervisor, in collaboration with related departments.
- At least 3 years of work experience in textile sales.
- Business-level proficiency in at least two languages including English (Japanese language skills are a plus).
- University Master’s degree or above.
- Strong experience in managing people and sales teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability and willingness to travel for domestic and international business trips.

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday (standard full-time hours, flexible depending on travel schedule)
SALARY: €60,000–70,000 per year + incentive bonus
