Quality Control Technician - Molecular Biology

Main activities:

• Perform analytical quality control tests in the molecular biology area (qPCR, ddPCR, RT-PCR, Southern Blot, Western Blot, ELISA tests, HPLC, enzymatic assays) in compliance with GMP and within established timelines;
• Conduct assays and analyses for the transfer and validation of new analytical methods;
• Manage laboratory operations (material procurement, reagent expiry checks, solution preparation, equipment verification);
• Support the drafting or revision of documentation (analytical methods, SOPs, etc.);
• Assist in drafting protocols and reports related to analytical activities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Biological Sciences / Biotechnology;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Previous experience in a molecular biology laboratory and Real-time PCR.
