Italian Customer Support & Sales Representative (Remote from Portugal)

Start Date: End of July / Start of August

Are you passionate about technology helping people and making great sales? We're looking for a Customer Service & Sales Representative to support Italian-speaking clients for a leading tech brand. This is your chance to join a remote team where customer satisfaction and smart selling go hand in hand.

As part of our remote team (within mainland Portugal) you’ll assist users via phone, email and chat, providing post-sales support and inbound sales assistance to ensure an outstanding customer journey.

Your Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer requests through phone, email and chat.
  • Log details and follow up in internal CRM tools ensuring cases are resolved within SLA.
  • Deliver top-quality customer support for post-sales topics like deliveries, warranties and refunds.
  • Assist with inbound sales, recommending suitable products and boosting revenue.
  • Strive to meet quarterly sales targets while keeping customer satisfaction a priority.
  • Provide timely updates to customers about order status and issue resolution.
Your Profile
  • Native-level Italian speaker and fluent in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Strong communication skills and empathy with a customer-first mindset.
  • Comfortable with digital tools and tech-based products.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Flexible availability to work in rotational shifts from Monday to Saturday.
  • Sales experience is a plus.
Working Conditions

Schedule: Rotational shifts between 08:00 and 19:00 (Monday to Saturday including bank holidays).

Days Off: Sunday plus one rotational weekday.

Contract: 6-month initial contract (renewable).

Location: Remote within mainland Portugal.

Compensation & Benefits

Gross monthly salary: 1000 (paid in 14 salaries per year).

Performance bonus: 100 month for 12 months.

Daily meal allowance: 7.23 / day.

Monthly transport allowance.
