Melt Group is currently looking for a Business development based in Italy to work for a world leader in the development, manufacture and marketing of plant protection products. Company in the agro-industrial sector with 40 years of experience, offers the opportunity to be part of an international project in full expansion.

Job description
  • Manage key accounts and key influencers generating demand and maximizing business.
  • Lead sales operations supporting customer service, logistic and collect processes.
  • Increase the market and share in target customers and markets.
  • Follow up key customers / growers / wineries / cooperatives
  • Develop new business cases to support new products / developments in the territory.
  • Support the marketing plans in the territory.
  • Contribute to marketing analysis and marketing plans for specific projects potentially assigned
  • Create and contribute with marketing and sale strategy for product launches and existing product expansion in your area or other areas where the company has interest.
  • Be able and willing to do promotion programs : grower talks, field demo trials follow up, influencer engagements... or any other required activity to push the product into the market and pull demand.
  • Any other project related to the opening or expansion of markets.
  • Any other duty that is framed in the responsibilities of an account manager in the Company.
