We are looking for an IT Ecosystem & Operations Lead.

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF

• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor the IT operations team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Define and drive the vision for the IT ecosystem, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.
• Ensure robust security protocols and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Identify areas for improvement within IT operations and develop plans to address them.
• Streamline IT processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Implement best practices in IT service management, including incident, problem, and change management.

WHAT WE WISH YOU’D BRING WITH

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT operations and ecosystem management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems integration, and security protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations.
