A leading European HR services provider is seeking a Legal Counsel for a temporary role in Milan. This position will provide legal advice across various matters, support contract operations, and assist in post-merger integration. The ideal candidate holds a Master's in Italian law, has at least 3 years of experience in commercial law, and possesses strong communication skills in both Italian and English. • Minimum 3 years of experience as an attorney or in‑house legal counsel, preferably in commercial law, contract law, and/or IT law.
