A leading financial institution in Turbigo offers an apprenticeship in the Legal Team to support various legal functions, including analysis of legal issues, drafting contracts, and assisting different bank departments. Candidates should hold a Master's degree in Law, have 6 months of relevant experience, and be fluent in Italian and English. The ideal applicant is a precise team player ready to work in a demanding environment. Availability is required from mid-January 2026.

Competenze

• 6 months of experience in a banking or legal division is required.
• In-depth knowledge of civil, commercial, and corporate law is necessary.
• Excellent proficiency in Italian and English (C1 minimum) is expected.

The Legal Team of Crédit Agricole CIB Italy offers an apprenticeship opportunity in Milan Office. The resource will support the Legal Team mainly in respect of the following tasks:

Main Responsibilities

• Analysis of legal issues submitted to the legal team
• Review, drafting and execution of contractual, corporate and notarial documentation
• Management of administrative, operational and reporting processes
• Direct assistance to various bank departments
• Support on corporate affairs and legal analysis

Requirements

Specialist knowledge

• Master's degree or single-cycle degree in Law
• At least 6 months experience in the banking and financial department of a top-tier law firm or in the legal division of an investment bank
• In-depth knowledge of civil, commercial and corporate law

Personal skills

• Predisposition to work in a team in a demanding professional environment with precision, reliability and commitment
• Open-minded, flexible and sociable

Languages

• Italian: excellent (minimum level C1)
• English: excellent (minimum level C1)
• French is a plus

IT

• Proficiency in Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
