Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage engaging content for POPMART’s social media channels.
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives and campaign timelines.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and retail teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Monitor social trends, pop culture, and toy-collector communities to inspire relevant content.
• Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
• Engage with followers and key community members to grow brand loyalty.
• Coordinate with influencers, KOLs, and media partners for social campaigns.
• Support offline-to-online campaigns and product launches through social strategies.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Design, or related field.
• Proven experience in managing brand social media (min. 3 years).
• Passionate about pop culture, collectibles, and lifestyle trends.
• Strong copywriting skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficient in content planning and social analytics.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for visuals and trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with photo/video editing tools is a plus.
